When will my order ship? Within 24-48 hours. If there is any delay beyond 48 hours you will be notified.

Care instructions:
Gold Plated jewelry: Our gold plating is genuine fine gold (24k). When we refer to 14k or 24k that is really just a color designation and does not have anything to do with how much gold is on the piece. We usually do a 7-10 mil plate which is about 3x more than a standard gold flash plating. While we always use the highest quality plating available, it is inevitable that the plating will eventually wear off. You can extend the life of the finish by keeping it dry and removing it while exercising.
14/20 gold fill chain: Many of our necklace styles use 14/20 gold fill chain. The same care instructions apply to gold fill as to gold plate but you can expect a longer wear from a gold fill chain.
Brass jewelry: We love brass! It has a rich, warm, earthy color and will acquire a lovely patina that you can remove or enjoy as you wish. We often intentionally oxidize our brass because we love the way the patinas look. If you prefer something brighter, simply wipe the piece down with a jewelry buffing cloth (we can send you one if you would like). If you really want it to shine, buy some brass cleaner at any hardware store.
Sterling silver: Clean with silver polish available at any grocery store.
Ear wires: We use 14/20 gold fill wires whenever possible. We also use sterling silver, surgical steel and on most stud styles a heavy (7-10 mil) 24k gold plate. Check the item details for ear wire material.
